In this episode of Demystified’s From the Kitchen, Linda asks Paul as to why he chose Kohlrabi for a recent cooking demonstration and how to cook it at home.  Paul describes the way he used it as an entree / appetiser with just a couple of extra ingredients.  He also talks about how to make an interesting salad using this great but not widely know member of the Brassica family.
