Ingredients
- 180gm Fillet Atlantic Salmon
- Salt
- Olive Oil
METHOD
Make sure the salmon is at room temperature to start
Place a sheet of baking paper on a perforated tray and place salmon on top, season with salt and a splash of olive oil Place another sheet of paper on top
Put the salmon in a pre-heated oven on steam setting 50 degrees for 32 minutes Remove from the oven and serve with you favourite salad, garnish or sauce

HINTS & TIPS
It’s vital for the fish to be at room temperature when cooking at low temperatures so you get an even cook through the whole fillet
To get a crisp skin pat dry on paper towel and pan fry in a hot pan for 2-3 mins
